Rear bumper and bumper brackets Side panel - rear with inner reinforcement plate to center of wheel house or broken line
Tail lights, license plate lights and license plate
Lock cylinder and lock base for rear window
Luggage compartment trim rear and side
Open gas pressure spring connections. Detach gas pressure springs.
Entire rear apron
Cut off and straighten bottom apron

Cut off and straighten bottom apron
Disconnect rear harness. Remove insulation sheets as required.

Straighten or cut off connecting sheet for spare wheel well.
Paint ground spot flange with spot welding paint.
Spot weld connecting sheet for spare wheel well.
Fit bottom apron and check that it is horizontal and in alignment with bores for bumper brackets.
Straighten floor plate, wheel housing and corner well.
Cut off or cut back damaged metal. Straighten and grind down connecting surfaces.

Install apron and check that it is horizontal and the upper edge is aligned with the rear window lock.
Straighten floor plate, wheel housing and corner well.

Weld marked points.
Install apron and check that it is horizontal and the upper edge is aligned with the rear window lock.
Spot weld all connecting surfaces as far as possible. MIG weld all other connections.
